The Renovators Inc., www.therenovatorsinc.com,  is a privately owned company founded in 1995 in Raleigh ,NC to provide complete home renovation services for older homes. During the early years we were involved in all types of renovations and home improvements, both interior and exterior.

In 2004 we realized that one of the most requested home improvement projects was creating additional living space, especially outdoor space. Many homeowners wanted to create more living space in their homes but did not want the expense of a full addition.

Thus Deck Genie was formed to convert decks and patios into usable and affordable living space. By using existing decks and patio foundations we could truly transform decks and patios into "Outdoor Living Rooms"

Today we offer a full line of custom manufactured and designed outdoor home products to include, Awnings, Pergolas, Gazebos, Enclosures, Screen rooms and 3 Season Sunrooms. Our products have been selected for the do-it-yourself homeowners but we have the ability to assist homeowners in all phases of planning to installation assistance to company installation.
